All I'd say is try to talk, try to understand why things have gone wrong and not what has resulted because things have gone wrong. Try not to blame and try to talk again. If things don't work out try to come to a non legal agreement on a split and then get it written up without a lawyer if you can.

If all that fails, go for the throat!:-D

I can't give legal advice, but buy a chest freezer. A frozen body has no blood splatter when it's getting chopped up. :smokin:
