It's funny cos it's true!! Even though I have to use a small vise grips to turn mine (no camber plates, so the adjustment tang is very close to the opening in the shock tower), I keep one knob in my tool box and one in my trunk so I know which way to turn...

photocopy the knob, cut it out, and tape it to the left strut tower.Originally posted by henciniIt's funny cos it's true!! repeat and replace "left strut tower" with "right strut tower"
sell knob on ebay
profit.
or do what i did and draw an arrow with a permanent marker on the strut tower.

carabiner clip, AKA D-ringOriginally posted by SIDEWAYSThe tool looks good, but I"m not completely clear on what exactly you did. What is a carbinger clip? And what exactly did you drill? Lastly, is it permanently attached to the top of the shock?

mountain climbers use them support their weight
