I ordered (2) of these from FCP and they worked way better than the stock ones before. There is zero sagging and I just don't see how these will break compared to the "other" ones.

Looking up my old receipt, I paid $17.90 each for them.

Good luck finding them. Many people have ordered them from various places and end up receiving the stock style hangers, which are shit.

This is the best lead for them so far:

Please report back on what you order and what you ultimately end up receiving.

as jayjaya said, these are basically impossible to find. he must also be thinking of the BFC thread like this.

sites list them with the picture, then send oem knockoffs which fail so fast even on my aftermarket lighter-weight exhaust.

seems like the best way other than oem is to stuff a bunch of hose or caulking paste to fill the hole in the oem knockoffs.

^ yep. Parts I ordered from autogeek were the OEM style.

i am doing the RTV reinforcement trick before I throw these on. Only 2 more track days left for the year so I doubt they'll fail before then. We'll see how long this set hold up into 2015...

It looks just like a sway bar bushing. Shouldn't be too hard to make this yourself, might have to give it a shot.

This thread is six years old, anyone have any feedback on this last part or the one Brett recommends in the early part of the thread?

This is the part I'm referring to which Brett recommended.

Face palm! Didn't realize this was E36 side. I've got an E46. Google led me astray.

Sorry, I'll see my way out...

Those hangers are not available. Some people purchased them and got the OEM style hangers.

I highly recommend Revshift's poly hanger inserts. Doubt I'll ever need to replace my hangers again after installing the inserts.

Anyone try the inserts? Curious if they work.
