I don't blame ya for wanting to get an E39 M5, I love my E36, but I wouldn't mind having its bigger more powerful sibling parked next to it....I've been checking listings, but those things are hard to come by, especially in good condition.

Ps. I need to get this off my chest...I used to read posts a while back from a member named Badgto or something similar, and the fella was extremely direct, but he did it in a way, whereas he'd still come across as polite. Then I've seen posts from many other members that assume the " I don't give a $hit, I tell it like it is" attitude, "I'm just cool like that", and they just come across as obnoxious.

It sounds like you're comparing Roland to Ben. FWIW, i'm pretty sure even Ben would disagree with you saying that he's more polite than Roland.

Brett is/was a pretty straight shooter too. In my defence, I am just an asshole, so....

In that case Alzheimer might be kicking in, granted it's a couple of decades early.

And how is that? Because I asked an opinion about a different car other than a e36 m3? I wish I was 17 again!

holy butthurt batman. this thread deteriorated rapidly.

                            step one steal underwear

                            step three profit

                            what's step two?

seems like this M5 needs a logical step 2 to achieve step 3 regardless of anyones financial situation.

10,000 - 6,500 = 3,500. where does parts and, time at $0.34 an hour come into play?
