    My New Alpine E36 M3

Hello guys, I recently bought my E36 M3 Alpine White from some Russian Guy, it has 73k miles, but its Rebuilt. It is really clean the exterior is literally 9.8/10, practically has no scratches or anything. The mods it came with are, K&N Intake, Borla Exhaust, which sounds nice and not too loud. I plan on modding it in the near future, but only with light mods, or cheap and easy to install mods. I also need to fix couple things before I do that. It has aftermarket Halo Lights(don't know what kind), the right side HALO's don't work anymore, and the left headlights only one HALO works . The other thing I would need to fix is the black backseat which is a little ripped. I wanted to know if you guys know any good kind of aftermarket HALO lights, or should I go with the stock ones, which ones are cheaper and or better. Now my backseat is a easy fix , because of how much people are parting E36 M3 black backseats, but I was wondering if you could take of the bottom end of seat , not the back rest part of the seats, because that the part where my sit is ripped and I wanna replace.

9.8 out of 10? I see poor panel gaps, a crooked bumper cover, crooked kidney and rashed wheel.

Looks like you actually need some removal of "cheap" mods.

The headlights and grille badge must go. The black roof must go (hopefully it's not paint.)

Also what year is it? You have side airbags and a 4 spoke so I'm guessing an early '98.

    Is the car mechanically sound?

The lights, the badge, the crooked grilles, the black roof all scream "tuned by ebay." That garbage just cheapens an otherwise nice enough car.

You said 9.8 out of 10. To me that's all encompassing in terms of exterior condition.

If you mean that the paint us nice, I'll trust you. That car appears to be a repainted however.

Do you know how extensive the accident(s) were?

To answer one of your questions, an entire black rear seat should db under $200. A cushion only (the part where your ass goes) would be much less. The cushion is not m3 specific. It can be from any e36 coupe.

Sorry but i agree with badgtho. Looks good but not 9.8/10 its probably clean paint because its been completely repainted. Did you get any pictures of when it was wrecked?

nice pickup! just getting AW is no easy task. I would have conceded a clean title, cheap mods and paint just to get AW but finding them is no easy task. goal now is to work on getting it back to stock or at least getting rid of the ebay headlights.

Yes I think its repainted also. Well the last owner didn't tell me where it was hit, but from my experience of Rebuilt cars I know it was somewhere around that Front Ride Side area, that's probably why the grill is changed, and the Headlights. Yes I need to change the cushion or where your ass goes haha.

Nope last owner did not have any , so I had to assume where it was hit, probably around the Front Right Side of the car. YES I DO, want to change the lights as mentioned 3 times in the thread, but thanks for the advice.

So you bought a salvage car without any details on the accident?

Pardon me for being blunt but that car looks like a disaster.
