Thank you all for your input and opinions and I've gone with Matt's ZWK's. I ordered them last night. I believe in paying what you get for and I will post info after I get them and install them. I will also post pics.

Bad news - due to the delays from the holiday rush, the ZKWs won't ship until the 10th from Germany.



They will arrive here on the 12th. They will be processed immediately and sent out by the 14th-16th (we have lots of backlog orders).

But you know what's funny, on a dark road, with your H1s from the DEPO and H1s from the ZKW, you'll be able to see better with the ZKWs.



And deer are a lot more expensive than $400.







Hey buddy nobody was trying to say you don't know what you're talking about. Read my god damn post again and reiterate what you are trying to convey. Nobody called you a liar or said that DEPO is higher quality. I said that I like the way the DEPO looks. Like you say, 90% of the people won't be able to tell the difference.. Side by side, I think the DEPO has a cleaner look..

And from what I understand they are also easier to install.



So you can pay your ridiculous amounts of money for an aesthetic product.. My DEPO's that I paid 1/4th the price for should last longer than the life of the car, are easier to install, and 90% of the regular people can't tell that they're not ZKWs (which shouldnt matter, considering I like the way the DEPO looks more, anyway).

Like I also said, the differences aren't aesthetic. It's wiring, glass, connectors, etc.

Matt, I just hooked up my euro lights...hi, low, and corners work great. My angel eyes don't work. I have the harness with relay that I wired to the battery and grounded...it had pos and neg to driver side, but only neg to pass side....do I need to tap a hot source into that empty pass side? Is there a way to tap an ignition source so that I can have them on when daylight driving without the parkers on, or do I have to tap into the park lights?

You need to tap the hot source - aka trigger - to the parking light

Thanks. I just got back from your website...looking at the PDF instructions....I like the idea of finding a source to let them stay on for a few seconds after key is removed. Where should I look under the hood of my 99 E36 for a source like that?

Anybody know what kind of lights I have? They came from eBay a few weeks ago. about $250. Glass euro ellipsoids, halo rings, no light box, H7 bulbs (yep H7's), city light capable but without the little bulb in the hi beam area...just lower wattage output from hi beam for city lite....fit and look is awesome. Oh yeah...came with wiring harness for direct battery connect for halos, and pnp connectors with cheap rubber push-on boot instead of nice twist on boot. All in a black housing. Looks nice on my Cosmos.Anybody know what company or generation these are?
