Hmm...I think UUC does have a problem with shipping. My dad ordered the System U exhaust a while back, and his order kept turning into "back orders" My dad waited for about 4 months before he cancelled his order. I wonder what's up with UUC?

Their machinist finished the next batch, but they're now at the anodizer for who knows how long. I'm hoping they finish them up soon too though, I've got three customers that have been waiting on them since November :banghead:

System-Us have been in stock at least a few times in the past few months. Are you sure your order didn't slip though the cracks? Did you order from UUC directly?

I've got nothing against UUC but this seems like appalling service.



Irrespective of their good intent, to me it seems unacceptable.



Maybe they'll only start changing their ways when people stop ordering, cancel orders and complain?

UUC doesn't bill your credit card until the item ships, so there'd be no reason for the government to get themselves involved. If UUC doesn't have the parts, they can't ship them and they don't bill for them. Frustrating, yes. A crime, no.
