Hmm. After doing some more research I think I'm starting to lean over to the AA Gen 3. I only wish it was as light as the system u but how much difference can 10lbs make? So does anyone have any sound/vid clps? And does anyone have trackpipes along with the gen 3? Thanks

There is a sound clip on the AA website on this page : http://aatuning.com/exhaust/e36exhaust.cfm

Look for "Exhaust Sound" half way down the page on the left side

Thanks to all who helped. I decided on the Stromung.Excellent choice! I had the Stromung on my '96 M3 (now sold) and absolutely loved it. We used to carry UUC, still carry AA & Eisenmann, and now carry Rogue, and of the 5, I like the Stromung the best. It's got a great burble, makes good power (7rwhp is what a dyno shows, at least), and it's VERY light at 24lbs (that's 25lbs less than stock). All our customers LOVE these exhausts.

I don't know if anyone else is interested or if you've bought yet, but if you folks want to read up a little bit on it, here's a link:

Finally installed my Remus exhaust. 100% SS so rust should not be an issue. Seems to be very well made. Has large dual tips. Once I cranked it up it had a nice low "burble" to it...very european. Once you get on it, the sound is intoxicating without being too loud or ricey. Don't know about performance gains. I'll try to post some pics soon.

                Props, good decision IMHO...

And Remus make the ACS range of exhausts too...
