just for info - i run 245/40/17 on my 7.5 front mdII's. love it. turn in may be a bit slow, but tons of grip up front. very nuetral. i like it much better than the staggered setup.
finding someone who can mount tires that wide may be an issue. none of the tire chains would touch it.
