I have a friend that can talk his way out of just about anything. Cop pulls him over .....

COP: Do you know why I've pulled you over

FRIEND: No sir, I thought you were after that guy ahead of me

    COP: What guy

FRIEND: The guy in the pickup truck, (non existent)

COP: Aw crap. . . . .have a nice day

I try to be as polite, friendly and honest as possible and ALWAYS get the ticket. Nice guys finish last. Maybe I need to learn how to be a dishonest butt-hole.

Friend is loaded with money, millions, but drives a piece-of-crap banged-up Toyota Echo because of the gas mileage. Cop pulls him over for speeding and writes him a ticket........

COP: It's gonna cost you $85

FRIEND: (under his breath)Welp, that's about a week's pay for me

COP: OH? WHat do you do?

FRIEND: I work odd jobs for my Dad. He pays me $100 a week (liar liar pants on fire)

COP: (tearing up the ticket) Forget about it, just slow down.

Why can't I think of crap like that? (Wouldn't work in an ///M anyway)

I act polite to cops and have never been shown the slightest bit of respect back...As far as my experiences are concerned, I've not met a single half-way-decent cop in all my days; I know they're out there, but I've only experienced the ass-holes.

:rofl2: "Is that a REAL M3" hahaha, do you guys have a lot of badged 318's or something out there? You're lucky though, I argue my speed and they tell me "tough $hit" haha, close one vida.

that's too bad. All my tickets I've gotten (not in a long time though) were ones I completely deserved, and the police were never assholes.

but c'mon, you just admitted you were going 100 in a 40.....

          yeah. ok.

i do admit i was breaking the law THEN, not the whole time they was followin me.

it's just the attitide these dicks get (not all of them) with their little bit of authority, i just think "go and DO one ya tool" and then go home and tell your wife how much of a bad ass cop you've been tonight. to which she thinks "god he has seen too many films"

$hit i was talkin to a bloke i was doin some work for (after he was sniffin round my car) that i'd had my car close to 160mph on the motorway late one night, he was like "god, really?" he later told me he was a cop!!!! D 'oh, but HE was one of the cool ones

glad I've never run into an a-hole.

last time I really chatted with a cop was 4th of July weekend several years back. On a ride with several friends, one not that experienced and ran wide in a corner and flipped the bike.

no real damage to him, just broken collar bone. Bike (purty speed triple with underseat exhaust) was gone.

chp officer finally showed up, stopped him on the way to the hospital and asked him how he wanted him to write it up (friend was 40 and responsible).

he then showed up as we were waiting for my truck and trailer to be driven down by a friend. Talked with him for an hour, showed us his gun, mace..and that stuff. Asked how fast we were able to go and that he wouldn't only pulled us over, not given us tickets, if he'd seen us at the 160+ we'd been previously) desserted road, called the 'airplane hiway, cause some parts of it are so straight and desserted you could land a plane on it', just wanted us to watch out for deer.

not the first time I've been pulled over on a bike, unless it's speeding, I've always just chatted with the police and they tell me to fix whatever they pulled me over for (generally the position of my license plate) and send me on my way.

but cops are just people, some....ok, most...are assholes

A BMW M3 is asking for it in the nighttime !

Daytime also - I got "picked" out of about 10 cars all bundled together on I-10 in Houston. He said he got me when I was moving over from the left hand lane (I didn't see him as I was watching the lady on the cell phone who was about a foot from my rear and closing THAT gap). Guess the quick lane change caught his eye.

Usually get out with a warning (professional courtesy) but this guy had nothing but attitude. I guess I would be pissed if I had to live in Houston too!!! :jerkit:

stick to my policy when you see a fed.

If you are in a far enough distance so they can make out your car but not your plate or face, the gun it.

Thats what i do, doesn't matter gun it.

I've done that in traffic on I-25 and hurried and exited the freeway and went up into the neighborhood...normally that is stupid as **** but if the cop is far enough back and you know you did something that is going to get you picked, gun it and exit before he gets right up on you, otherwise bend over and get ready for a raping. That being said, I pick my battles and if it's obvious that he's after me (lights blaring right behind me) then I'll pull over...a speeding ticket is not worth traiding it in for an obstruction/evading police ticket and trip to jail.

So fun though to do a "mini run" from the cops

With four kids and a mortgage I just don't have the nads to "gun it" anymore. Sounds like some pretty dangerous fun though!

Fortunately for me there are so few cops in my part of the country that a little well-placed fun is very attainable.

Yeah, It'd be tough to explain to the judge that you just wanted to get a rush by running from the cops :chair:

If you guys don't mind... let me bend your ears a moment about a run in with the police... police woman.

I was around 20 yrs old... About 2 AM, pulled up to a gas station in my truck, put the gas nozzle and and placed the pump on Automatic... Just then, an old H. School friend of mine pulls up and does the same. So we are standing at the pump, while our trucks are filling.... and just then some woman cop pulls up, gets out of her car and pulls me by the shoulder.... She brings me near the front of the gas station and points at the font door of the gass station....

She says... "What does that sign say....?" I look at the door, there were 2 signs...

                          One that said:

                          1) "2 Mississippi Mudd pies for a dollar"

                          2) No loitering

So am taking a moment to try to comprehend what crawled up this ladies hole.... and the she goes off and says... "What are you too stupid to read....."

So thats it.... I am thinking, you mental midget, I have already got more college under my belt then your entire family tree.... So I read out loud.... "2 mississippi mudd pies for a dollar."

Talk about pissed.... she starts acting like she is going to cuff me up or something crazy... Then fortunatley around 3 other cop cars pull up, and the cops get out... pull the attitude woman cop away, and pull me away...

I told the cops she must be having PMS or something... he agreed and told me to calm down and blow it off....

So that is my storry... I will forever remember "2 Mississippi mudd pies for a dollar"
