Got my new car e36 is on it's way in a month

So I'm replacing the e36 with a 2000 S4. I love the e36 and I've voiced my reasons for the change in other threads. I'm sure I'll own another M3 down the road sometime, but for now the Audi is more practical. (I hope I've said e36 enough to keep this in the e36 forum ) I know a lot of you guys that have come to know me over the past couple years don't go to the OT section so I wanted to post this here.

hope you have fun man! twin turbos, all wheel drive, 6 spd manual (which i'm assuming you have manual)......... crank up the boost and the sky is the limit, in terms of power. have fun with it!!

The new car looks very nice in Silver. What are your initial feelings about it's driving characteristics? Dog oughta be happy.

Nice, that's a very respectable car  . If I had to give up my M for something more practical I'd go with the S4 also.

Are you concerned about the earlier model S4's turbo lines? I heard they were upgraded in late 2000.

In any case, I LOVE S4's and I'm sure you're going to enjoy the car to the fullest throughout the seasons.

Goodluck with it and stop by now and then to say hi. So what are the first mods?

I'm going to stick around. The Audi forum sucks

I'm not worried about a thing because the car is under extended warranty until 2007. In fact, I hope the turbos blow!

As far as mods go, it's tricky with the warranty. I think I can chip it if I buy an new ECU and swap the ECUs out, but not for sure if I want to risk it.

The chip ups boost and retards timing bringing the car to 310 hp and 320+ ft/lbs of torque. Could be fun!

I'll answer this after I drive in the mountains tomorrow.
