No time for a long write-up, but see if you like this idea for mounting the stealth display. I think I am the only one to have it here. Not wanting to take money away from Jim, but this is a very stealth placement and is free.

Take stealth display apart, leaving the front display and the board.

Dremal out the gutts of your visor light (behind sun visor).

It is a prefect fit. And very visible, when the v1 lights up.

One thing, the visor light lense is directional (filters light away from your eyes), so make sure the lense filters towards you to see the v1 display better.

    Pics attached.

:bugeye: Another great idea! I think with the multi colored LEDs, that would work perfect!

I personally liked where I had mine mounted the best.

hey cosmos....thats a nice set up. i've never seen it done that way before. i admire your install  .the downside is that you always have to drive with the visor down?

2k......why are ya bidding on an invisimirror? the concealed unit is only $40 and you do the mod yourself. i can take my mirror apart and take some pics for ya. theres nothing to it.

Contact lightspeed he says he has them and it will save you shipping from V1 to you then to him.

I think the color mod is a MUST HAVE. I have been wanting to do it myself but I am gonna send him mine because I really have no clue as to how to do it or where to get the correct LED's

You can get the V1 concealed unit from V1's site and ebay.

Where do you have your main unit located in your car? Does your setup still requires the main unit to be mounted in the open?

                        Thanks
