Please help me diagnose my car

i just did an engine rebuild and my check engine lights keeps coming on, i just run the values and here are the persistent codes i keep getting

Error codes. i did a smoke test and there weren't any vacuum leaks

202 fuel trim limit Bank 1

203 fuel trim limit Bank 2

    227 fuel trim, Bank 1

    228 fuel trim, Bank 2

any help would be highly appreciated.

All your o2 sensors are showing lean at close to 5v. Do they cycle between close to 0v to 5v? Or are they constant at 5v?

they constant at 5v, oxygen sensors are brand new.. along with the spark plugs..

They aren't suppose to be constant at 5v. They are suppose to vary between 0v to 1v. You sure they're connected?

Thanks for taking the time to help me, yes they are all connected and two of them are brand new, the ones that connected on the engine, they were replaced during the engine rebuilt.

Check the signal directly from o2 sensors with a wire probe and see what voltage you get.

Check the ground(s) on the engine, you probably missed connecting one back up when you put the engine back in.

with the engine on ignition 2 position it reads 1.2V but when the car starts it changes, the o2 sensor has four wires, which one can i use to read the current voltage ?

i replaced the head gasket which required taking the cylinder head off and intake manifold of, dont recall having to mess with any grounds besides the ones on the spark plugs...

                  How does it change?

1 pair is for the heater circuit so you and the other pair is for the signal. I can't remember the color. But the one with gray is the heater IIRC.

I have the Torque Android app that reads O2 sensor voltage.

It shows 1.1volts then off for 5 seconds. Then on for 1 second or so and off for a while.

The readings they take seem to be at 5 second intervals.

That's normal its should be switching back and forward between 0 and 1v.

So is this your car or fire?

My car is still misbehaving, i checked everything and still nothing, i had the camshaft sensor pop up once or twice during the engine read-out am going to check the ohms on those to make sure its still working, would that be a symptom of having a camshaft position sensor going out ?

Never seen a camshaft cause mixture fault. How does the car run? How did you check to make sure you didn't have any air leaks?

By doing a smoke test, i paid $90 per session, first session my valve cover was leaking smoke, replaced it with a brand new cover and second session absolutely no leaks, still had to pay for that. My car threw a couple of shadow codes and the camshaft position sensor was one of the codes, it appear like three times after deleted, it has never appeared again, driven the car for 300 miles and the camshaft code hasnt returned.

it takes at least three to four cranks to start my car when engine is cold, engine sometimes stalls...

"am thinking camshaft sensors are emission related ? due to this quote ?"

Your fuel injection computer (DME) may output a code that indicates a faulty camshaft position sensor (CPS). This important sensor tells the car’s computer where the engine is in its rotation with respect to the combustion cycle. The DME takes the signals from the cam position sensor and crankshaft position sensor, and calculates when to fire the fuel injectors and spark plugs. If the camshaft position sensor is not operating properly, your car will run very erratically or perhaps not at all

Can you get me you fuel trim reading, additive and adaptation. Thats what BMW calls them.
