Just replaced oem valve covers with NRW ones

Just wrapped up the install and wanted to point out the importance of replacing these things asap - my car is an pre-lci with 66k miles, the oem covers dont seem to hold well at all over time.

attached, a photo of the “pcv” valve oring to the oem valve cover - as you can see this was most definitely not sealing properly as the epoxy paint used by bmw is trash.

      Where is this o-ring located?
I'm about to change my gaskets - I'm still on original covers and I plan on re-using, as I'm not really leaking, just small seepage. But if there are more than just gaskets and plug tubes to replace, I'd like to be ready.
      Thanks!

From the oil separator that sits in between the valve cover and the intake plenum - there is two of them, one in each bank - i really dont suggest reusing the covers, if you must, find a way to repaint them, which technically solves the issue temporarily but it will happen again

Well, I will use some dreibond or similar. I don't have extra $1300+ to drop on a set of new NRW covers.
Anyone used Bavarian Autosport covers Turner and ECS sell?
