Interior Trim Refinishing Service – BMW E46M, ZCP wheel trim, Soft-Touch restoration

Many of you know me from M3Forum and I have offered this service to forum members for years. Since M3F demise, my tread with all the pictures, prices, and testimonials were lost, but here is a new one that would hopefully serve as a starting point to all who want their BMW trim refreshed. My work is mostly E46M specific, but since BMW used the same finishes and colors throughout their range, I can obviously refinish other pieces as well.

In a nutshell – I offer reconditioning service for most of your interior trim and plastics. ZCP steering wheel trims, dash trims, armrests, dash cubbies, ashtray doors, soft touch restoration on your door handles, etc. I have a paint supplier that was able to match ZCP color very closely and I have perfected a technique that allows me to recreate the exact finish with much better durability. Since I use much superior materials the finish will last much longer, and that applies to all other finishes that I do as well.

How does it work: you send me your trim pieces, tell me what finish you want, I re-finish them, send you pictures – if you are satisfied you pay via Paypal or Venmo (only after work is done), and I ship them back. I’m located in Fort Worth, TX and my turnaround is usually 3-4 days (paint need to properly cure for a day before I ship), so depending on where you are located and speed of mail, it takes about a week for your pieces to make it back to you after I received them.

The prices for the services are as follows (I listed most common things, please PM me for custom requests and finishes):

Upper ZCP or multi-button steering wheel trim: $55
Lower ZCP or M3 wheel trim (R&R M3 logo): $55
    SMG Paddles: $45
SMG Shifter plate: $55, Center piece (around the shifter) - $55
    Dashboard trim M3: Long piece - $45, Radio piece - $35, LCM piece - $35
    Central console: Cubby box - $60, Ashtray/door - $60
Armrests Tops: Front - $90 each, Rear - $55 each, includes blanks and assembly
Armrest Bottoms (soft touch) - Front - $80 each, Rear - $55 each, includes assembly
Central Console (large piece where handbrake is) - $150
    Rear ashtray bracket/surround - $35, rear ashtray door/frame - $35, cupholders - $40, coinholder - $40
Rear seatbelt covers - $50 each

Gloss finishes are extra and quite a bit more expensive due to materials used and need for me to rent a place with proper filtration for VOC clears. (Gloss finishes are no longer offered, sorry).

Shipping to most places for small trims (like steering wheel trim) is $15-20. For larger items such as armrests is closed to $35-40. Larger orders will be sent via UPS or FedEx, and price of shipping is higher, with some packages costing $80-100 to ship. This is really out of my control, as post rates going up all the time. This is for continental US only.

Finally, some pictures of my previous work so you know what to expect:

Can vouch for TexaZ3. He redid my ZCP trim on the steering wheel and it came out perfect. Actually, more specifically, I bought used 6/10 condition trim on eBay and sent it to him and what came back to me looked basically brand new.

Didn't you used to do stitching for shift and brake boots too?
