Intermittent no start

quick update: new key switch installed and clutch switch bypassed. the car starts fine now but this was only an intermittent thing before. I have broken the cardinal rule of trouble shooting and replace (i.e. bypassed) two things at once so assuming the issue is solved I cannot say for sure which was the fix. I will update shortly as I have a track day next weekend and will not be using the car until then.

I doubt it was caused by the ignition switch, unless you had checked EWS with no 12v at pin2 with key turned to start. This switch is a very good design/made.
