Youtube DIYs and more
All jobs done as diy - clutch, rod bearings, rear subframe rebush, vanos, headers, cooling, suspension, etc.
PM for help in NorCal. Have a lot of specialty tools - vanos, pilot bearing puller, bushing press kit, valve adjustment, fcab, wheel bearing, engine support bar, etc.

Depending on how/where you drive, those pads might fall short. I cooked them very easily in the canyons driving my s2k with a bbk (came with ebc reds from po) after literally 10 mins. They are great from a point of view of no noise, minimal dust, good initial bite, not so great for performance driving.
YMMV.

Car doesn’t see a track, mostly city and spirited back road driving.... once in a blue moon a random autoX day
I’ve been running ebc pads on my e30 for a decade and love them (gone through about 2-3 sets). I have experienced the backing plate separating from the pad, but hasn’t happened since
