Doors, front fenders and rear quarter exterior trim clips

I've been searching for a while and haven't been able to find the actual amount and position of the clips. RealOem lists 3 different kinds of clips (51138250585, 51131960054 and 51137893437) but only shows the amount for 51137893437 which is 4, 51138250585 and 51131960054 don't have an accurate amount.

Maybe someone knows the correct amount of those and the correct location.

Aren’t they all just about the same? I need to replace a few on my car. When opening the door it got caught on something and messed up the clips. Rip

The grommet is the receiving end of those clips. Whenever etk denotes X it means 10 or greater so there isn't a clear answer.

The one style that has 4 listed well you need four of those. I would purchase a dozen of each of the other ones at least.

Checking Ecs pictures I think there're only two kinds of clips: 51137893437 (4) and 51138250585 (24).

Maybe I'm mistaken but they seem to be the narrower clips.
