Rear "Under Tray"

There are small flaps (appear to be rubberish) for lack of a better work that angle straight down towards the ground just in front of both rear wheels. Mine are torn, as well as some of the plastic around it is missing on both sides making it hard to tell what it was attached to, when crawling under at road height. Before I put the car back up in the air (pain) does anyone know what these parts are on both sides?

BTW: I looked thru realoem, unable to locate.

Forgive me, are you referring to the hard plastic/rubber jack pads?
