OP did you open your pump to redo the seals by any chance?
I just recently moved mine and did the seals, I ended up causing a bind so the motor couldn’t turn the internal gears at all. This was causing no motor sound but it was still getting power.
I did end up toasting that pump due to my stupidity so I hope that’s not the case on your end.

I also found in my research trying to fix my problem that a couple of people had bad connections in their burkhart wiring harness extension. I would take the step to check all of these as well. I did the wiring extension myself so I have no experience to this.

Remove the motor from the pump and use some small needle nose pliers to see if you can turn the pump by hand yourself. This should spin relatively freely with little to no resistance.

Obviously with the motor make sure you have the “joint” between the pump and motor in there that way it’s not just free spinning.
