Does anyone have any first hand experience with Cobra Misanos?

The M5 needs new seats. At 200,000 miles, the seat heaters have gone out and the leather has started to tear at the seams.

My original plan was to get Sporster CSs... but I recently sat in a set, and I think I'm to tall for them. The head rests are low enough that I think I'd get a serious whip lash injury in a crash (and the harness holes align with my shoulder blades, but I don't really care about that in the M5.

My experience with the Cobra Nogaros has been completely exceptional, which makes me lean towards wanting the Misanos (and presumably I could have them install BMW seat heater pads at the factory, as I did with the Nogaros, which would be a huge plus), but it's really hard to get inspired about buying a seat without ever sitting in one or seeing it in person.

So... Anyone have any first hand experience?

I saw those when I was at HMS last week looking at seats, they kind of reminded me of my old SRD's from the 90's. I mean't to try them out, but I was looking for more containment.

Wouldn't it be more cost effective to just get your seats re done or buy another set?

It might be marginally cheaper, but if I can upgrade for a little more money, seems worth investigating

I tried them for a minute at HMS. Not a fan of the hump in the middle of the seat cushion at all. I find the M5 seats at least in heritage trim excellent for a cruiser vehicle, far better than the E46 M3 stock seats, and they are actually bolstered relatively nicely too. I second the Clemster recommendation.
