Im waiting to do the big 3. But so far I've replaced the Swaybars with hotchkis ones and forgot to measure the difference, however I've definitely noticed it when picking them up. BBK, TCK DAs, CSL box took some weight off high in the engine bay, SS v1 exhaust and SCZA is +2lbs from oe euro and stock sec1,2. And my EC7Rs 18x9.5 are 19.95 lbs instead of the heavier ZCPs.

I have fully electric, lumbar, etc etc seats. Wonder how much those weigh vs say the Nogaro Circuit.

How often are people converting from Xenon to halogen headlights? Curious what's involved in that wiring wise.

Why would you convert to halogens unless it was strictly a track car? At that point I'd be eliminating the headlights altogether.

        The bi-xenons are too good.

… that’s why I’m looking into a biLED retrofit. Hoping to combine the best aspects of both.

Just wrapping up my bi-led with laser fog . Same idea since I lost the fog lights due to brake ducts I was game for putting it in the bi led side. My High beam probably negates any real savings but the bi-led themselves are about a pound lighter in ignigter /ballast on each side vs xenon

I got all the supplies for this retrofit from here:
These are the main bi led projectors

No savings in the rear I don't think. Not hollow, and larger than stock, with heavier endlinks and mounting spacers (if you used them).

So I have the OE HK sound system with big sub in the trunk … want to lose some weight. Can I remove this and still have an operating radio?

I suppose the muffler counts, but it's the worst place on the car to save weight by a long shot (all the way back, at the lowest point) and comes with a huge NHV penalty, so...
(though, by that logic, I should also not mention the battery)
often overlooked in the wheel weight savings game, but tire weight can save some extra pounds. My 275 conti slicks take-offs were a good bit lighter (i forget the actual weight) than the NT01's they replaced. Everything is a compromise of course...

You can ditch the actual sub speakers, but if you take out the amp, it wont work. You can take out some of the mounting stuff that is in every car, even if you dont have navigation or a disk changer. Assuming you dont cut any wires, you can remove the back seat speakers and subs without any issue beyond making it sound even worse than the stock hk already sounds. At least, that was my experience. That said, i went to a 2.1 system with an aftermarket amp and its probably the same weight or lighter, but certainly more work. Sounds much better though
