I am trying to find out if the plastic oil drain plug window cover that mounts onto the aluminum reinforcement plate can be purchased separately. I have searched and have only been able to find the entire reinforcement plate with the cover but not the cover alone. Thx.

The tendency for it to "fall out" is more likely due to the stealerrhip or indy or whoever did the oil change last forgetting to put the cover back on after the oil change. There is a simple remedy to this problem, change your own oil at all times and enjoy the 99.99% certainty that you'll never have to replace this part again.
