I cannot figure out how to post an item for sale. There does not appear to be a "Create New Thread" button. What am I doing wrong?

It just popped up. I guess it takes 6 posts.

It's actually 1 post, but that only adds you to the queue to get classifieds permissions. The server only processes that queue once an hour.

I did actually increase the requirements a little since I made that post. It's currently at 10 posts.
