Is this normal, camber, or toe wear?

I found my front tires worn out. The inside is showing cords. It appears to be a gradual angle across the width of the tire but definitely more rapid wear on the inside edge.

These PSS lived on the front their entire lives, exactly 20,000 miles.

Kinda wondering if that's to be expected or I should look into my alignment.

    Are both sides equally worn?

I'd check alignment when you put new tires on regardless.

Too much negative camber looks like. Do you track the car? if not I would dial back the negative camber.

I'd also dial out toe if there's a lot. Camber shifts the contact patch towards the inside of the tire, but you add toe and all of a sudden you are constantly scrubbing that area.

Yeah both sides are worn identically.
Camber was set about 1.5 degrees. I'd have to check on the toe.
I will get the alignment checked either way.

How many miles do you guys get from a set of summer tires driven on the street?

1.5 isn't too bad, could be excessive toe. Like timmo said you would be scrubbing it the entire time. For street you may want to drop to -1 to -1.2 and have 0 toe in the front if you looking for better tire wear.

I got around 20k from the Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

I’m doing better with the Michelin Pilot 4S, although the SS is a bit better for hard driving in the dry on a warm day, but the 4S is better as an all-around max performance tire.

My 4S seems to be lasting a little longer so far.

Your tire looks like what mine used to be like at -3.5 degrees camber. Might be you need to set the toe a bit more out

If I got 20k miles out of a tire of any brand with 1.5 deg neg camber, I would be happy.
