    EGT cap/plug

So I have a set of Megan headers and a euro style sec2 with 100cell cats. Both of these have a bung for the EGT sensor.

I’m planning on using the bung on the section 2, what are people using to cap/plug the other bung?

Old EGT sensors were sacrificed for my bung caps. Details in my steel grey journal thread from like a month ago or so.

It looks like this part is NLA. Is there some sort of standardized bung cap I should be looking for? Having a little trouble finding something that might work, would something like work?

          I believe the thread is M14 x 1.5

Just thought I'd update this thread for the forum/future Google searches.

Recently ran into an issue where somehow the plug for my EGT bung on my Supersprint section 1 came off and caused a huge exhaust leak.

After calling around and searching, I found out that you can cap these off with an M14x1.5 lug nut (yes, for a wheel) from any auto parts store.
