    Tire dry rot

Noticed dry rot on my Michelin PSS today during a wash. Are these safe to drive hard on? Car sat for nearly 2 years on these tires but they are relatively new mileage wise.

That looks pretty minor. What is the date code? Car tires should be replaced at 10 years even if they aren't worn out. Much earlier if you're looking for performance.

I drove on some 8 year old PSS and it wasn't a safety issue, they just didn't grip worth a shit. Eventually the rubber started chunking off when driving aggressively so I swapped them out.
