Repair completed but was complicated by missing parts. Turns out somehow my support bumper was missing the four connectors that should have been there. Replacing them took some time due to parts shortage. I'm going to write it up for the next guy.

It's been a while since your post, but I wanted to offer some insight. I wonder how much it costs you to do all these repairs?

For bumper work in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area, I'd recommend checking out D&V Autobody Masters in Sterling. They do great work. Another option is Auto Body Clinic in Rockville, MD. I did some things there as well.
Also, if you need quick access to any DMV information in those states, Local DMV can be really helpful.

But there is AutoRestore in Chantilly. They do great work.
