Replacing transmission mounts - do I also need a new "vibration absorber"?

I already bought the 2 round ones (part #2). Now I just noticed part number 7 and it's pretty expensive for a piece of rubber and a metal plate. What does it do, and should I bother replacing it if it's still in one piece? Car has 300,000 km's.

No need to replace it. I’ve read of some people deleting it.

Don't delete it imo. Never seen a need for replacement.
