Dynavin Head Unit - Phone Call Audio Delay (CarPlay)

    Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue as me.

I installed a Dynavin N7 Pro and love everything about it but when I'm connected to CarPlay and I'm on a phone call everything is fine for the first few seconds of the phone call and then all of a sudden the audio between the person I'm speaking with and myself becomes delayed and it's hard to hold a conversation.

I've performed a factory reset on the Dynavin unit, changed the lighting cable to a factory apple cable and have gotten a new phone and nothing has helped solve the issue.

    Any ideas?

Who did you buy it from? J&T Distributing is the main NA distributor. Ask Jeff over there, he’s pretty quick and has answers to anything Dynavin related. Check to make sure you have the latest firmware from the site.

Thanks the reply. I’m in touch with Jeff, but just checking if anyone else has had this issue.

            Not yet.

Jeff asked me to check the audio delay settings on the speakers but I don’t think that has anything to do with it. I don’t drive the car that often so I told him I would check out the settings and report back to him once I did.
