    Yep this is the way to do it. I just had similar done with a new euro bumper (instead of shaving reflectors).

      What made you go with new Euro bumper instead of shaving the original? I definitely want the euro look

        My circumstances are a tad unique in that my price for the brand new “euro” vs. labor factored to completely prep to new and shave reflectors made going new more reasonable. I can also sell my old bumper too and make money.

        On our E46 M3s the side support is bonded in behind the reflector holes. Most shops crack those loose to have better access behind to work and fill. That’s not that big a deal because they can bond it again, but it does compromise it. That and depending on shop, I’ve seen enough where the shaved filler area shrinks down and you get waves there later or you can see it’s not exactly curved flush there. Looks like a flat spot.
