A/C Delete-“Easy” Way To Remove Condensor

    Hey Guys
I pulled the majority of the A/C components from my car yesterday (lines, wiring, condenser, bracket, controller etc) and am left with the condenser. I have the bumper and support bar removed because I am doing some additional front end work. I have seen some videos online where individuals have been able remove the condenser by “pushing” the front radiator back and pulling the condenser between the front plate and the engine. I am trying to check two things for those that have done this method. Unfortunately, one involves removing some stripped screws, which, again, never let someone touch your car who isn’t you, or who you have experience and confidence with. In order to complete this method, does it require removal of 13 and 14 below (top left and top right of radiator)? Also, my condenser seems to be catching on the right side (car right). Could that simply be because these screws have not been fully removed. Any advice is helpful if you have completed a condenser removal this way. Happy New Years!

Both of these screws must be removed in order to remove the condensor in this manner.

Remove the stripped screws and solve the problem. Just buy slightly larger screws of the same type. You can always cut them to length. The old screws may go back in with force but I would assume this is for a track car. You need your shroud but it will be coming off every once and a while. Just fix it now with whatever is best for you.
