    Vanos Hub bolts

So I have had my VANOS hub bolts off so many times to get my timing on point and I feel like the 20 + times that I've unbolted and bolted might be a little bit excessive and has weakened the bolts (I used torque marks to get them not overtorqued or undertorqued). Now that it's all bolted up and timed I have removed the vanoss to get the disc drilled
I wonder can I buy new bolts for the hubs and unbolt bolt two bolts from the hub at a time on opposite sides replace them with new bolts and took them down doing the same all the way round before I put the vanos back in (attaching splines to pistons)

That's not likely to impact the timing is it?

Sure, just don’t loosen all at once.
Do this for science: with the Vanos removed, use a torque wrench to check the bolts if they were torqued correctly at the markings due to 20 trials. I think they’re a little loose.
