In the long term I'd definitely want to run the proper bracket but I could plug the holes in the short-term. What I'm worried about is it turning into a pain installing the bracket when the airbox is installed on the engine. I'm not keen to pull it all off again, buy new hose clamps, etc.

I have some running around to do today and I think I'll pick up some suitable screws and decide over night.
At least share some more pics man… 😬

It's probably going to be more annoying to install that bracket with the airbox on that it is to take the airbox off the engine, regardless of whether you plug those holes or not.

Fair enough. Screws from the hardware store would definitely work though. In fact, I had to plug a threaded hole on the back of my Karb CSL airbox for the alternator cable bracket that I did not buy. Judging from the pics on Karb's site, that threaded hole is not present on this new airbox, so looks like you won't have to worry about that.

Got the email and ordered. Pretty nervous tbh. Ended up a bit pricier than expected because of how much shipping is.
I'm hoping the sound gets close to an actual CSL intake when used alongside a CAI.
