Indy shop recommendations in Sacramento, CA?

I'm strongly debating on shipping my car out to Sacramento for the summer (and possibly longer depending) and realized that I should look for an indy out there. Does anyone recommend any good shops out there that do good work at reasonable rates?

Also, my best friend just bought an E63 M6 a few days and would like to get rod bearings done sooner rather than later. We want to find a shop with S54 and S85 experience. Pics below for attention:

I have yet to find the "end game" bmw shop in sacramento. All my major work was done in either LA or SF.

    Josh at HMB Motorwerks
HMB has the best rates and service i have found in the area. They are bmw focused shop. I try to do all the work on my f80 and e46 but when I cant this is my main spot. The pricing is a major aspect for me here. I dont feel like i am being jerked around. Josh is also friendly and easy to work with.

    Dave at Valley Motorwerks
Also a bmw focused shop. However, depending on what you want done. Labor and pricing can be comical to decently priced. I get my corner balance and yearly track alignment here. Dave is also easy to work with however he is a little more old school and "set in his ways" as i should say. I had some crazy quotes for a few things and not much budge when trying to find a middle ground. Still does good work and never had a bad experience with the actual work.

I comb around various forums and ask friends but dont really hear of many strong recommendations around town. Curious of anyone else's experiences.

Do you have anyone you recommend in SF? That's only about an hour and half from us and while its a little bit more inconvenient, it's not the end of the world.

Have a few spots for you in SF. There are LOTS of other shops here that i just know nothing about or no experience.. These are the few i have worked with/heard the best.
SVbimmer will probably be your best bet for cheaper shop outa these?

        TC Design
Highly regarded as one of the better track car shops near by. Seen several fully built race cars from them at the track and are the real deal. My buddy also had his 2 way remote res MCS coilovers and suspension links done here and swears by them.
I havent used them yet. However just waiting for the right mod/service to give them a go. Pricing im not totally sure on but they are super famous, may be a little pricier? Could be wrong.

        Performance Technic
Another pretty highly recommended bmw shop. Also pretty heavy into track cars also. This is where i had my PPI done for my e46. (bought car in SF). The few items they mentioned could be fixed on my car. The prices were reasonable.

        SVBimmer
I chose these guys cause they had the single best price to install my coilovers back when I had them put in. Sacramento shops wanted 1000-1600$ (not a typo) for coilover installs. So i drove over there and had it done for a few hundred bucks. Also chose them because bimmerpost people all spoke nicely about em.

        CARBAHN Autoworks
If you are feeling the wallet is heavy. Steve Dinans (dinan mods) new shop. Although the pricing was kinda eh when i talked with them. Dinan is one of the tippy top tier bmw specialists and im sure they do pretty good work for the money.

One other spot i forgot to mention.

          Bryko Motors
This is the shop my previous e46 m3 owner had his valve adjustment, rod bearings, and Baisan Vanos done at. There were a slew of other things fixed here for my car. The pricing from the invoice was really good for all the major service. Id check here specifically for the rod bearings.

Thank you so much for all your recommendations! You've given us more than enough to pick a place to get our work done.
