Help close BMW Airbag Recall for a e46 track car?

I had to call BMW NA, and a Recall Analyst was able to assist. I sent them pictures of the interior of the car showing no airbags and they removed me from the recall notifications. I see now that the contact has moved on to Rolls Royce, but try giving BMW NA a call and see if they can put you in touch with someone who can help out.

Anyone know if their airbag recall process (and any associated BMW- pushed software updates) can interfere with a tune?

Had the passenger side airbag replaced about 3 months ago. Service guy said there was a software update but I declined. He didn't seem to care. This is in VA.
