I have a 2002, and therefore pre LCI m3, and am wanting to replace the standard incandescent bulbs with LEDs (with coding) as a kinda modern retrofit, and ran into a problem
My plan was to use Sylvania Zevo bulbs. The outer tail lights and reverse are 1156 bulbs which I can get Zevo red and white bulbs fine. The turn lights are 7507 which there is a Zevo bulb. But The inner tail light bulbs are 7225 dual filament bulbs, and I cannot get an equivalent Zevo bulb in red. So, was wondering what my options are, other then leaving the inner bulbs white incandescent with the LED outer bulbs. Is there a decent red 7225 led out there?
Very minor concern, but a small upgrade I wanted to do since I got the car.
And I know I could retrofit the LCI lights in, but I actually prefer the look of the Pre LCI housings.
Thanks.
