Building an S54 and need to make some choices. Availability of Carillos seems limited, but Supertech's are available now. Did quite a bit of searching and saw a lot of people using their valve train, but not many using the rods. Interested in any thoughts - building a motor for a dedicated track car, mild, .25 over, stock cams, CSL airbox, etc. Any help or input is greatly appreciated. TIA

Supertech rods will be fine, infact most aftermarket H-beam will but for your application , id use molnar rods myself and use the $300 you save on something that will provide more tangible results
