Anyone running this ebay CSL intake with a MAF housing?

I have no affiliation to this seller. Just curious if anyone has bought this and how it runs? Are there any other alternatives on the market that don't require a tune / deleting the MAF? (I live in CA). Apologies if this has been discussed before but I wasn't able to find anything while searching.
