Anyone out there using under-drive pulley just for the power steering pump? If so, what belt size are you running. Finding 6PK1460 (stock) is too small and 6PK1538 is too long.

The # is the length in millimeters (in case you didn't know) so maybe you can find a belt in-between the 6PK1460-1538 range? Might have to search Conti's own catalogue or something. Doubt anyone is running just the p/s or just he w/p pulley alone.
In case you can't find Conti -

Thanks tbone, Conti does not make a 6PK series belt between these two sizes. Bando one might be the only option.
Update: was able to get the stock belt on with the aide of a helper to hold the tensioner in place. Belt doesn't seem overly tight, just a pain to get on.
Reason I am trying this franken-setup is I am experimenting with a couple different things. Noticed voltage dips going into slow corners on track, so I swapped out turner alt pulley for stock. Now I am testing the affect of under-drive water pump and stock on cooling.

I replaced my belt for the AA kit, using both PS, WP, (*not alternator) and the belt from Continental is 6PK 1538.
As you’ve found the tensioner will take up some slack.6MT SLICKTOP - OE CSL Wheels - OE CSL Brakes - CSL Rack - CSL Trunk - CSL Diffuser - AA Tune - AA Pulleys- AS 40% SSK - 4.10 Motorsport Diff - Bilstein PSS9s - H&R Swaybars - CSL Lip - Gruppe M CF Intake - Supersprint - M Track Mode

Ya if you're just testing, as long as the tensioner picks up the slack it should serve your purposes, just might not be good enough long term? I wish we knew the range, in millimeters, that the tensioner can handle.DD: /// 2011.5 Jerez/bamboo E90 M3 · DCT · Slicktop · Instagram

The 1460 is very tight but will fit. The tensioner did move a little when released. There is still slack in the belt. Started her up and no bad noises so I think it's good to go.

Yeah the Alternator pulley isn’t as large an increase in size as the WP/PS.6MT SLICKTOP - OE CSL Wheels - OE CSL Brakes - CSL Rack - CSL Trunk - CSL Diffuser - AA Tune - AA Pulleys- AS 40% SSK - 4.10 Motorsport Diff - Bilstein PSS9s - H&R Swaybars - CSL Lip - Gruppe M CF Intake - Supersprint - M Track Mode
