Differences between coupe and convertible quarter panels

I wanted to see if I can get confirmation that the lower part of the m3’s quarter panel is the same for both coupe and convertible. I added some pics for reference. Pretty much the area within the red box, is this area of the quarter panel the same between coupe and convertible? I need to replace my quarter panels on my coupe and came across some quarters from a convertible. I want to be sure they would work.

Also what about the taillight area of the quarter panel? Is that the same between coupe and convertible?

That 100% what I really want, unfortunately being that they are about $3000 per side, it’s out of my price range.

Even the OEM replacement part is over $3000 per side.

I know that the coupes and convertibles have different taillights. The question is what is the actual difference? Also are the quarters different around the tail light area?
