iirc, the difference was a transluscent coating or something about the plastic for the xenon light?

And maybe those little horizontal lines in the plastic (xenon one)

Yes, the 65/66 parts only show up for USA models, if you use realoem for a euro car it will just list the 91/92 part numbers for xenon as well.
I suspect the only difference would be some mandatory DOT engraving on them for the US market.
