Yeah they've never had the bumper removed or been in a hit. LOL

Look at any non-m car with original paint that has never had a bumper removed or smashed it. The sag is a total myth with the aluminum support. Kevlar kinda true too but they have their own issues.

Lol. Let me clarify but stating that a non-detail oriented person, hack body shop, etc usually causes the above issues.

I purchased these for my 2001 M3 convertible. Pat Zimny (smgto6mt) was able to align my bumpers perfectly. I’ll post some pics but here’s a link to the parts I bought.

I've taken my bumper off many times and based on my experience there are really 3 big things in play that will affect how much forward the bumper sits. The white plastic bracket in my opinion has nothing to do with it since the bracket doesn't pull in your bumper, it only allows it to sit higher or lower. Based on my experience a loose or ripped off foam piece that has the suction cups on it will easily lead to this. Also the plastic mounts on the side of the bumpers that slide onto the white bracket can be loose or broken which affects where the bumper sits. Lastly, hopefully the wheel well splash guards isnt putting forward pressure on the bumper due to being misaligned etc. My bumper used to sit perfect until I mounted a front lip using screws and my bumper got pulled forward just a tiny bit and I think it is because the lip is putting torsional stress on the bumper.

Appreciate you highlighting the “big 3” to check to fix the issue. This is great feedback 🤝

makes sense - trinity graphics adjustment bracket helps with alignment up. My issue is pulling the bumper further back towards the wheel well. TG’s bracket won’t help with that adjustment unfortunately.

They’re cheap enough to try. I believe it’s $49 for the front. Mine wasn’t pushed too far back either. This definitely fit the bill.

Thanks, just picked up a pair of those Trinity Graphics to go with my new Euro bumper inbound. The Alpine White car looks great, they line up perfect.
