    Driver Airbag

    Does anyone have the TIS for driver side airbag recall?
    I’m looking to buy a used steering wheel, so I’m just trying to figure out if the airbag has been recalled, replaced, or not affected by the recall.

    Get the last 7 of the VIN from the donor car. That's the how you tell. There have a lot of airbag recalls on the E46. That car could've been through 6 recalls. The only way to tell is to check ISTA and if the most recent was closed out.
