The user names with the random numbers at the end are the first giveaway and then there is the formatting/grammar of the message.

He's banned-- because it was reported in the correct section.

I only look at the e46 section when I have some downtime from work/life. But, I get notified whenever there's post in the Feedback section. Please make threads there for stuff like this so that it's dealt with quickly and so that the e46 section isn't cluttered up.
