Blown Rear Deck Speakers and Door Tweeters

Hello everyone,

I recently noticed that my car's rear deck speakers and door tweeters are blown, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I have a HK system, but I'm not sure if I have navi or not. Also, I have a sub box that I’m pretty sure the original owner had installed along with an amp, that I’m pretty sure doesn’t even work.
(This is not the exact one but pretty similar.




I'm hoping that some of you may have a similar experience and could offer some advice. How should I got about this?

(I am aware of Bavsound but that’s not the route I’d like to go.)

First, I’d confirm the amp isn’t blown. If you want another, they’re on eBay… https://www.ebay.com/itm/12502024522...mis&media=COPY

I’ve had Hertz tweeters installed as replacements. I’ll let others opine on deck speakers since I don’t have those and went BavSound.
