I've been running stock top hats with my Ohlins, and would like to get camber plates to get that added adjustability and get my alignment just right.
I've done tons of research and get confused with this talk about stack height and such with the Vorshlag plates, and how they are brutal on the strut towers... I tried looking at ground control and TMS Camber plates as well, but i'm not sure what spring diameter my Stock ohlin springs are.
So my main question is, is anyone running OHLIN Brand camber plates? I saw them on 3DM Motorsport right here: https://3dmmotorsport.com/collection...-caster-plates
The part numbers match on ohlins website, but I want to see how much camber I can actually get with these. So is anyone running them? How are they? How long have you ran them?
I cant seem to find these for sale anywhere else except 3DM motorsport. Any help is appreciated!
I've been pretty frustrated on this topic because i see obi talking about adjusting height based on bump/droop travel or something, and it does not really make sense to me, and then the fact that you need some spacer from 3dm because with aftermarket camber plates it makes the shock sit higher which makes the car sit even lower? 13f and 13.5r imo is not low enough to give this car a nice aggressive stance... im about to just sell these ohlins and buy Fortune Autos or something. something that comes with camber plates...
