On my track car (not PS4s) I inflate to 40 psi and use tire cradles with carpet liners for winter storage.

I thought so too, but I read on the Michelin Site
Notice your tire is flat-spotting? Diagnose your flat tire symptoms and get it back in healthy condition with Michelin's tire assessment.
Tire Flat Spotting – How do I minimize it?
As we have stated above, typical tire flat spotting is not permanent, however, it could be a temporary annoyance. Fortunately, steps to minimize flat spotting are in line with good tire maintenance. You can minimize tire flat spotting by keeping your tires at placard pressure. We do not recommend that you inflate beyond placard pressure and certainly do not over-inflate. Also, for your tires and for your vehicle, regular operation and movement of your vehicle is recommended. For tire/vehicle storage, see the website section on tire storage.
Will over-inflating my tires help prevent flat spotting?
No, in general over-inflating your tires will not help flat spotting. In some cases it could make it worse. We recommend placard pressure and not higher.

There were BMWs that sat at the ports for 6 months due to supply chain issues and none of them had flat spots. They were all at the max tire pressure, not the placard or close to it. Manufacturers specifically overinflate tires to prevent flat spotting. When I do Predelivery Inspections on new BMWs they're all at 45-50 psi regardless of the placard. Porsche did the same thing. For the thinner tires, I'd see 60+ psi. Porsche exceeded the max tire pressure often during transport. None came with flat spots. Of course, fixing that tire pressure before driving the vehicle is 100% necessary and part of a PDI. Michelin makes a great tires, arguably the best, but that doesn't mean they're right on every little thing.
My concern now, based on most people's responses that have had PS4s tires on their cars, is that they do not have issues with flat spotting. Which makes me wonder if there is something else that I am not looking at or that could be causing the issue. I can't think of anything that would give a vibration when first driving then gradually go away after driving for a while.

I figured that but generally I tend to adhere to manufacturer guidance and warnings. Most of my research that I found showed that most owners overinflate tires to prevent flat spotting when the car will be sitting for long periods of time. I decided to give it a try and inflated tires to 48psi, hopefully that works. I just didn't know if over inflating for long periods of time would stress anything on the tire causing malfunction or damage.

I recently had to removed one of the rear tires to patch it due to a nail. Upon inspection, everything appeared ok inside and out. I'm not saying everyone should run these pressures driving but it works for the trips I take so it'll work for you while the car sits. I don't think it would matter if you bumped it up to 55 or 60 as long as you don't drive it that way
My next concern is that there is nothing wrong that is wheel or suspension related.
