Testing water: E46 M3 custom roll bar GTS style - you weld kit

As some members from RIP M3forum.net might remember, 6-7 years ago I was selling roll bar kit for E46 M3 Coupe. I am located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada so I would ship pretty much all the kits I sold.

I will start to make another batch soon, I should have 5 kits available by the end of May 2023.

This is not your usual bolt-in roll bar btw so I am aware that a Kirk or Autopower sells for a lot less.

I will sell my roll bar kit with all the tubing already notched and the plates bend. All you need to do is fit and weld it in your car.

-Tubes are DOM 1.75’’x0.095’’
-Base plates for main hoop and rear shock tower are 1/8’’ thick and have at least 20sq-in to respect most rule book
-Rear subframe cover plates are made from 16 gauges plates

Pictures are just to show what's included. I can make some different variation depending if you have a street car or full dedicated track car, keep B-pillars fabric covers or not, headliner, … cause main hoop will be larger a bit if car fully gutted.

Here is what's included in the kit:

-1x main hoop
-1x horizontal bar between rear shock tower
-2x diagonal bars from main hoop to rear shock tower
-2x diagonal bars from main hoop to front subframe reinforcement tie-in points
-2x diagonal bars from rear shock tower to rear subframe reinforcement tie-in points
-1x X-brace between rear subframe reinforcement tie-in points
-4x bars for subframe reinforcement tie-in points
-2x main hoop base plates
-2x rear shock tower plates
-4x covers for subframe reinforcement tie-in point holes
-2x gussets from main hoop to B-pillars (chassis)


Kit will come with an installation instruction guide and can also make it in PDF if you want.

This is a great deal...the tube notching is a massive PIA. Quality with E46 specific knowledge...a rare combo to find.

I’ve loved my cage made by you. Very large vouch for ya, I even incorporated the VinceBar and your cage. Obviously I’ve added on since BUT I loved the kit! Shipping was quick and the quality was perfect! Everything fit together perfectly. Only thing I would change is to have an option for a box under the main hoop bars (which I could have done but I’m just lazy)
