I don't need the obsessed garage approach of maximum OCD solutions. More like, the working man's solution to reasonably protect your car which still gets dirty, rained on, tracked, and otherwise fucked with.

First question: best way to protect wheel finish and make it easy to clean after track use?
Second question: best way to protect clear coated carbon fiber, and minimize yellowing?
Third question: best way to protect paint, if different than the above?

    Thanks!
For a practical, low‑maintenance approach: coat your wheels with a wheel‑specific ceramic product so brake dust and grime rinse off easily after track days. Protect clear‑coated carbon fiber with a carbon‑fiber‑safe ceramic coating to guard against UV and slow yellowing, washing gently with pH‑neutral shampoo. For the body paint, a good ceramic coating provides water and UV resistance, keeps cleaning simple, and accepts that minor rock chips or wear from normal use will happen; if you want extra protection in high‑impact areas, a small strip of paint protection film can help, but it’s optional.

Funny you mention carbon fiber, I had an issue with ceramic coat ruining the clear and resin on a carbon sunroof plug. The manufacturer replaced it and said just use regular car wax on it. I don’t feel like experimenting on that part of the car again lol BUT does anyone have a known product that is safe for carbon fiber?
